Return & Exchange Policy
At House of Mystic, we are committed to delivering premium demi-fine jewellery crafted with care and quality. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item was delivered in a damaged or defective condition

You received an incorrect product

The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible:

The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

All tags, boxes, and accessories must be intact
Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or missing item claim.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

Earrings

Customized or personalized jewellery

Items purchased during sale or clearance

Gift cards
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange in case of size issues (rings only), subject to:

Request within 48 hours of delivery

Item unused and in original condition

Customer bears shipping charges for exchange
Exchange is allowed once per order.
4. Refund Process
If your return request is approved:

Refund will be processed to the original payment method

Processing time: 7–10 business days

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.
5. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:

Do not accept the parcel if visibly tampered

Record a clear unboxing video

We will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

As our jewellery is anti-tarnish and demi-fine in nature, minor variations in color or finish may occur due to lighting and screen differences. These do not qualify as defects.
